Are there other products that I can order online?
Not at the moment. We may offer more products later, but for now, the existing selection of products are available for orders online.
Do you offer discounts for larger order quantities?
Yes! If you're ordering over 5 parts of a product, contact customer service to discuss discounted pricing.
Do you offer university discounts?
No, we do not have a standard policy for discounting products for university customers.
When ordering, why am I asked about my application?
This is a procedural safeguard that we have in place in order to ensure that Hamamatsu does not violate any export regulations.

When will I receive my order?
All orders ship within 4 days from email order confirmation.
Can I check to see whether my order has shipped?
We'll send you an email when your order has shipped. Shortly afterward, you'll also receive an email from FedEx with your purchase's tracking number.
I bought the wrong device, can I return it?
Unopened samples can be returned for a 25% re-stocking fee, plus shipping charges. We do not accept returns of samples that have been removed from their original packaging.

Are your parts covered by a warranty?
We repair, replace, or refund the cost of any part that doesn’t meet our quality guarantee under our terms and conditions. Your product is guaranteed to be free from material and workmanship defects for 12 months from the date of delivery.
